Zum Umrüsten von Märklin/Trix H0 Lokomotiven mit eingebautem Hochleistungsmotor oder anderen Gleichstrommotoren.

Der märklin SoundDecoder3 besitzt einen angelöteten Kabelbaum mit einem 8-poligen NEM Schnittstellenstecker zum Nachrüsten vieler Lokomotiven mit einer entsprechenden NEM Schnittstelle und Lokomotiven mit Platzmangel.

Der märklin SoundDecoder3 unterstützt die Digitalformate mfx, MM1, MM2 und DCC.
